In Case Of Emergency:

  • If this is a life threatening emergency please call 911.
  • If you are experiencing a power outage, please call the PG&E Customer Service Line at 1-800-743-5000.
  • If you smell natural gas, call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 and leave the area immediately.
  • If this is a non-life threatening emergency happening during business hours, please contact the office at (510) 594-7600 right away.
  • For an after hours non-life threatening emergency, please call (510) 649-5743.

COVID PRE-SERVICE QUESTIONS

We are required to ask the following health screening questions before scheduling your maintenance response:

Do you or any family members or roommates living with you have any of the following symptoms?
Are you or any family members or roommates living with you taking any medication to treat or suppress a fever? (For example, acetaminophen or ibuprofen)
Are you or any family members or roommates living with you currently waiting for a COVID-19 test result for any reason other than a required routine screening for work, a health procedure, or prior to travel?
Are you or any family members or roommates living with you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days?
In the past 14 days, Are you or any family members or roommates living with you had close contact with someone who has COVID-19? Close contact means you were within 6 feet of that person for 15 minutes or longer.
