Dear Prospective Tenants,

We are excited that you are considering Lapham Company for your future housing needs.  If you are a UC Berkeley student and are applying either on your own or with a group of roommates, please note that we are only accepting applications for lease starts not later than June 1st 2025.  While you may submit your applications now, please note that priority will be given to those approved applications with an earlier lease start date.

On April 1st 2025, we will begin opening up the application process for leases starting not later than August 1st, 2025
