Waste Management offers one complimentary bulky pickup per unit per calendar year.

Not all buildings are eligible for a complimentary bulky pickup through Waste Management. A Lapham representative will notify you if we are unable to process your bulky pickup request.

I understand this form is for request purposes only and does not guarantee that a bulky pickup will be scheduled. In the event that a complimentary bulky pickup cannot be scheduled, I understand I am responsible for finding alternative disposal options. I understand I am responsible for any hauling charges that may occur if I leave any personal items in common areas or otherwise improperly discard.

Completing this form does not guarantee that a bulky pickup appointment will be scheduled. If/when your requested bulky pickup is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email from a Lapham representative notifying you of the bulky pickup date.
