Allan B. Stephens is a broker,
owner and operator of apartment properties in the East Bay area. He is a
licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. Mr. Stephens is
associated with The Lapham Company, Inc., a leading broker, owner and manager
of apartment properties. Its current East Bay property inventory is over
two thousand (2,000) apartments.
Mr. Stephens has personally brokered over two hundred million dollars of
apartment properties. He has represented corporations, private syndicators,
and individuals as both buyers and sellers of apartment properties.
Starting with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Company in 1986 Mr.
Stephens was the top producing investment broker for 1987, 1988, and 1989
and earned the distinction of Senior Marketing Consultant. From 1990 to
present Mr. Stephens has been associated with The Lapham Company,
Inc.
Often called upon to provide an independent opinion of value and transaction
brokerage methods, Mr. Stephens has appeared as an expert witness. His investment
opinions have appeared in the San Francisco Business Times and other regional
publications. He has spoken before both large and small groups on many occasions.
